Terms & Conditions

1. RSVP & Attendance (出席回覆)

• Please complete the RSVP by [日期] to ensure accurate seating and catering arrangements.

• Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.

 

2. Dietary Requirements (飲食安排)

• Kindly notify us of any food allergies or special dietary needs (e.g., Vegetarian, Halal, Nut-free) via the RSVP form. While we strive to accommodate all requests, the venue's kitchen will have the final say on menu adjustments.

 

3. Venue Policies (場地守則)

• Smoking: SKY88 is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable).

• Outside Food: According to venue policy, no outside food or beverages (except baby food/formula) are allowed without prior arrangement.

• Alcohol: Responsible consumption of alcohol is expected. Guests must be of legal drinking age (18+) to consume alcoholic beverages.

 

4. Health & Safety (健康與安全)

• To protect our little one, Sophie, and all guests, we kindly ask those feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms (fever, cough, etc.) to celebrate with us in spirit from home.

• The outdoor terrace area at SKY88 should be used with caution; children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 

5. Photography & Privacy (攝影與隱私)

• Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for the family's private collection and social media sharing.

• If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our official photographer on the day.

6. Personal Belongings (個人財物)

• Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. The hosts and the venue (ClubONE SKY88) cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
